There has been a lot of commotion lately with the three older kids. They all started school, are back in tennis, etc. So yesterday, Pippi complained that she wasn’t getting to do anything great. She then came up with the best idea — a Pippi Party. I agreed, and it was to be held the next day — today!
Navy created the atmosphere.
I provided the crown.
And each kid gave her a little gift to open. Each gave her one of their own little posessions. We all went around and told her one of our favorite things we loves about her, and finalized the party with a few songs dedicated to her — like “For She’s a Jolly Good Fellow”.
We obviously had treats, and at her request, Scout made his famous chocolate chip cookies.
The party did wonders for Pippi, and her spirits are right back where they usually are!
