As usual, Thanksgiving was a blast this year.
The only bummer, is that Micah is down and out recovering from getting his tonsils removed.
Poor him, that he can not enjoy all of the deliciousness this day has to offer.
But we didn’t let his recovery slow the rest of us down!

We started with the Turkey Trot — where all of my kids ran.

Even Pippi, who ran her heart out whenever she would see familiar faces.

But she would almost die after her sprints!

Here is the running gang.

And here are the girls who are always outnumbered in our family!

Afterwards, we headed over to Auntie Gail’s house for our first turkey dinner.
And of course we got pictures with the grand kids and great grand kids.
It was weird that this was our first year without great grandpa.
After we stuffed ourselves here, we headed back home to another humongous feast!

And after, we were all at Pippi’s beck and call to entertain everyone else from the table top.

She even got Nonnie on top of the table to jump!
Nothing beats family all together.
But family all together, while black Friday shopping is possibly the most top notch!
And because of that — the cool kids all headed out just a few short hours after our table top fun.
