Seventy Eight years ago, the greatest thing in all of history happened!
And now, 78 years later, we celebrate!

The morning got started off right, when Micah realized the “Happy Birthday” sign wasn’t up for our beloved, so he got it up quickly before Nonnie showed up.

Then it was a girl’s day, where we started off by heading to the voting booths to vote for our next president of the United States.
(Lots of big things happen on this day in history!)
Afterwards, we went to L.A. and shopped all over the town.  Of course my mom said that as her birthday present, she wanted to get everyone else a treat.  I scored the coolest fur bomber jacket.  Thanks Mom!

We ended our night at Fogo De Chao, with a humongous and delicious dinner!

And of everything Nonnie got, nothing was more special than this handwritten story — copied from a rented book from the library — painstakingly copied by Navy for hours.
From one sweet little girl to the Queen of sweet.
We all love you Mom!
We are all so glad you are healthy!
Here’s to 78 more great years!!!
