We hit Lagoon perfectly. There were no lines at all. We discovered that for 25 cents, we could get a huge Styrofoam cup of ice water at any vendor. And we had cousins that were perfectly paired with our kids, who encouraged our kids to go on every single ride there.
Dash and Pips loved the kid section, that might be the best kid section at any amusement park.
They had a ton of things for them, and Pippi and Dash would ride things over and over.
Nonnie got in on the action — but picked the worst ride. It is the ferris wheel that has individual cages that spin. I could tell she wasn’t doing so great, so I asked if they would get her off. My poor mom was almost green, and had to take a breather after that ride.
Pippi loved to go on a “big kid” thing.
And Dash was the only smart one who took a run though the water to cool off.
It was a pretty hot day, but they have so much shade, it seemed to be alright.

I haven’t been to Lagoon since I was little, but this might become a new regular stop on our Utah trip.
Good times.
