Have I mentioned how much we loved Doey on the trip! She was RAD! She was beyond helpful, funny as can be, an amazing wheelchair driver, always happy, a good sport, and easy going. Micah and I agree that she is welcome on any trip we ever go on. In fact, we just might beg her to go on all of our future trips!

And I didn’t even tell you about the time that we were at a gas station, and she and Navy jumped out to do something. It turns out, that she got some of her own money, and took Navy in to buy a Snickers bar, Gatorade and Doritos for the homeless man with a sign. They walked it over together, and I was so proud of the good example that she set for Navy — and all of my children the whole trip.
