It was an exciting day to go and enjoy my child’s first piano recital.
He played Sneaky Sam, and was a natural.
No nerves, no mess ups although the tempo steadily increased, but that was probably only noticed by the finely trained ear — such as mine. (Wink wink.)
We really lucked out with our first piano teacher.
Scout really likes him, and I do also.
It was a real treat for me this afternoon.
The added bonus treat — was that it was at my old house!
The Sorensons take piano from Mr. Holt also, and offered their house up for the recital.
It was amazing to see the change.
And afterwards, the two main men in my life sharing a funny moment.
