It sounds like every day is a birthday around here. Because two or three times a day, Dash heads to wherever Nonnie is with something hidden behind his back. As he walks in, he sings “Happy Birthday To You….” to Nonnie. And at the end of the song, he reveals the surprise!

He literally has my mom read it to him at least twice a day.
He LOVES it!

Just look at the sheer joy it brings him.
So my mom never denies him.
No matter what she is doing, she will stop and read the same words over and over.
And then…on his favorite page…
She usually stops and tells part of his birth story where he was the dirtiest kid she has ever seen come into this world!
