Do you know how fun it is to have a boy that is always happy. He smiles and laughs all day long. He makes everyone around him happier, and I am obsessed with him. Honestly, the kid is rarely sad. Even when he goes to time out for coloring on his skin / the carpet / the walls / anything but paper…the kid is happy. if he goes all day without a nap…the kid is happy. If he sits in the car all day long because some days we live in it…the kid is happy.
But stop the presses…..
Before you print “Happiest Boy In History”, just know that he has an Achilles Heel.
If this boy is in a deep sleep and gets woken from it, he is the grumpiest of them all!
He throws tantrums, he scowls and he gets really naughty.
So….
in our house, this boy either gets a proper nap, or he goes without one at all.
‘Cause ain’t Dash happy, ain’t Mom happy.
