Pippi had her one week (out of the hospital) appointment with Carruthy.
Her weight was up to 5 lbs. 10 oz. which was great.
But with a heel prick, we found out her hemoglobin went down to a 9.2 which isn’t great.
But the good news is that it is still higher than what she came home from the hospital with, so she is still in the safe zone.
When we heard the kind of bad news, Pippi was in tears.
Good thing Dash was there to console her!
