RoRo and Grey came over Friday night for a family bed sleepover. They were SO excited — along with my kids. We rented “Casper the Friendly Ghost”, and they watched, munched and played like crazy. It was literally after 11 pm, and with major threats, and about 10 minutes of my melodious singing voice to soothe them, that they finally fell asleep. All was well until 2am when Grey was not having a foreign bed, and Micah took a little date in the car with me over to Brit’s house.
I guess the two of us will take any moments we can to be together sans kids.
Even if it only is for half of a car ride.
The next morning, Grey wasn’t missed when these weasels woke up before 7 to play pirates.
