I keep telling Scout that I don’t want him to lose any teeth because it means he is growing up. Unfortunately, (before it was really ready to come out) he needed to eat something with his front teeth, so he got his dad to start pulling on it. ON the second try, when it hadn’t come out, Scout stuck his own hand in there and pulled. As he walked into the other room with his tooth in his fingers, I was SO MAD! First, that is his second tooth he has lost. Second, it was the second time I wasn’t there to witness and/or document it. He was so proud.
But was even more proud the next morning when he walked out with a $2 in his hand.
