We drove up to Midway to visit the Seastrands.
It was our third annual, and we die over this trip.
It is relaxing, fun and we have the best cohorts in crime - who love food and sitting in front of the television each night -  to spend it with.
After the entire first day of doing nothing but eat good food, we decided to head up to Soldier’s Hollow for an afternoon of sledding.

Can you tell that Sweet Thing was excited?

Britni and I sat at the bottom as the guys took the kids up and down.

At one point, Dash wanted to go.

Scout even put him in his tube.
But unfortunately he was too little to go.

All four kids were off and ready to go!

While poor little Dashy watched.

Micah took Scout and Navy down a few times.

And J took RoRo and Grey down.

Then the kids got brave and decided to go themselves.
I was so proud of Scout who organized the kid runs, and helped carry Grey up the hill.

I love this picture of RoRo and Navy where Icka can barely see.

Meanwhile, I took Dash for a few runs on the tiny bunny hill.

He loved it!

And when I stopped taking him, he scooted/sled himself the whole way down on his own.

And then stopped for a refreshing lick of snow.

We loved Soldier’s Hollow.
We love Midway!
