Dash is priceless.  He is the sweetest boy on earth.  But lately, he has been throwing these tantrums that should be featured on television they are so hilarious — and dramatic!  (Maybe he got the DraMICAH gene.)
The usual thing to set him off is when he wants to hold something by himself and I won’t let him.  Or if I take something away from him he isn’t supposed to have.
As soon as he gets ticked off:
he falls to the floor
then covers his mouth with one hand to cry into it
he then falls forward into a ball to cry it out
then flings back into the laying position, arches his back and starts scooting himself with his feet
after scooting on the ground for a few minutes, he then gets up and runs in the opposite direction
It is ridiculous!
And hilarious.
And most of the time, he is still holding his hand to his mouth for effect.
I literally get excited when I see a tantrum coming on because I think they are so funny.
And my counter-attack????
When I see it, I laugh out loud, and get everyone around me to do the same.
And 100% of the time, he ends up laughing with us.
And when the transition from crying to laughing takes place, I melt.
It is kind of to die for.
