My kids thought they were out of luck this year for Christmas. Scout was already thinking of ways to be okay with it — like that he was still going to get some things from the people who picked his name. Navy didn’t care too much. Little stinker! They were both on their “better” behavior, and Scout succeeded to do a mighty good job of being really good. After an entire day of coming to terms with a Christmas free year, you can’t imagine the elation Scout had across his face when he found the return of Krispy!
Krispy’s note made Scout’s day.
He is SO thrilled that he was able to change Santa’s mind, and that they will be getting their gifts — instead of them going to India!
And quite surprisingly — Navy was almost as elated as Scout!
