This picture about sums up my kids lately.
He teases, she yells.
She teases, he tattles.
But today — TODAY there was peace.
I told them we were going to have the perfect day.
No tattling.
No hurting.
No teasing.
No complaining.
Do things the first time asked.
Work it out.
About two time outs into the morning — the day shifted.
And the rest was perfect.
And on the heels of yesterday — the first time I can say I actually lost my temper with my kids, it was well received.
(Please note: I vow to never lose it again. The guilt was WAY worse then the rugrats!)
