Last year we banged pots and pans at the New Year. This year, Scout asked several times when he got to do it again. So this year, at the New York New Year, Scout and his cousins all banged pots and pans up and down the street.
Scout had help from Micah.
Almost naked Icka was fine on her own!
And the group had a blast.
But I’ll say even though Scout’s favorite part was the banging, Seth’s kids might have liked Micah’s fireworks even more! Looks like five boys who all take after their dad!

New Year’s Eve has always been a little anticlimactic in my eyes. that is until I had kids. I love that it is fun to them. So as simple as it is, it has become one of my favorites because it is one of theirs!
