I have a thing for costumes. So when Costco’s costumes came in for Halloween, I told Scout he could earn them by being really good. So after a long car ride up to Utah, an entire stay in Utah off half the required sleep, and a long drive back –all of which he was well above average in the being good department, I figured it was time to pay up.
