Micah told me a little interaction he and Scout had this morning, and I want to always remember it.  Micah first told me that a few weeks ago he told Scout about the different days of the week, and that on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Daddy goes to work.  On Saturdays they get to play together all day long.  And Sundays are when we go to church.
So when they woke up this morning (after sleeping together through the night because Micah was taking care of Scout who has an earache), Micah woke up and said, “Scout…guess what today is?”  Before Scout came up with any sort of answer, Micah said, “It’s Saturday!”  Then Scout said, “That means you don’t have to go to work today!”  And Micah finished with, “and we get to play all day.”  And play we did.
