Scout, Navy and I drove up to Midway to meet up with Tristen, Brit and Sug for a really fun week. We had the best time doing everything. The definite highlights were the nightly homemade ice cream, the scooter brigade, Swiss Days Navajo Tacos, homemade grape juice, the open market and to-die-for meals courtesy of Sug, and the following:
Hanging out in the nice weather with Royal!
Going to the apple orchard on the ranger and eating away. Scout was so excited that we saw a deer picking an apple from a tree. Too fun!
Catching salamanders and feeding them to a neighbor’s ducks. Poor little Navy when Belly is around!
And last, but not least…Scout was in heaven on the scooter. He especially liked the blue one, and was constantly on the go with Belly.
