Remember when I teased Skilly on her birthday that she was going to get a balance beam? And then it was kind of a joke gone bad, because then she really was excited to get it? Well, the nicest sister in the world….Megan actually got her one. She found one that folds up and sits on the ground. The new hot pink balance beam has become a favorite of Scouts. The two of them practice a couple times a week. Scout has gotten to where he can go on his tippie toes across the whole thing. He also has learned that when he completes something, he needs to “stick it” and put his arms in the air the way the olympians do. It is pretty comical. Here are the teacher and student trying to work on balancing on one leg.
