Surprisingly, Dash was being a stinker to Pippi. When I had a talk with him, he told me — “Don’t worry mom, I am getting baptized in a few days, and all of my sins will be washed away.” The kids were all so humored and cracking up at Dash.
I was not!
It seemed like a perfect outfit for “Jumping Rope For the Heart”!
Just a little casual sidewalk chalk that I came home to from Navy.
My mouth literally dropped open on her creativity and lettering!
It’s so good Navy!
And the best part, is that it was a game, that entertained the kids for hours!
Who doesn’t love a “family dance”.
We do!
What about a family dance with face painting — and a bunch of other rad stuff!
We do!
I ran Dash down to the harbor for a quick photo shoot to get his baptism photo.
Who knew that there would be so many outtakes.
Well…let’s be honest — any of us who know Dash would know that!
Outtakes:
And now..the winner:
His baptism picture!
Dash had twenty of these babies!
How rude!
Scout is not annoying AT ALL!
NOT!
There is nothing that bonds, quite like a night of face masking!
Unless you are Scout — who is too cool for the group shot!
(He was actually applying said face mask, when we took the first mask!)
It is a Jeopardy date — every night!
They now compete to see who knows the most answers. And every once in a while, when the subjects are just right — Scout takes a win!
It was a group effort to getting everyone in the big oak tree outside of Cafe Rio tonight.
That group effort was led by the most competent kids I know.
Good work Navy and Scout.
