I LOVE all of the ABC preschool performances. But one of the greatest songs that comes from these performances, is “Skidamarink”! And that is presented to us at the Valentine’s Day performance! (Although it shows up more throughout the year because it is such a hit!
His performance, and “Skidamarink” were amazing, and he really tried to sing the loudest to make me proud!
Which he did, and did.
This boy is as good as it gets!
And then he invited his “Valentine” to sit and eat with him.
Pippi not only sat next to him, but stole his cupcake when he wasn’t looking.
His response, “That’s okay Pippi. You can have it, and I will just have my drink.”
This boy…my mini Valentine!

It is amazing how much enjoyment has come from the “Party In A Box” that Trey got from us in the Christmas gift exchange.
Karaoke and disco lights all in one place — with music on top of that!
I call dibs on that hand-me-down!
Said by Dash today:
“MOM!!! I finally figured out what paper plates are made out of!”
I thought that he was going to tell me “paper”.
“They are made out of Frisbees!”
You have never seen anything cuter than when Pippi sings her ABC’s. When she gets to the L-M-N-O-P part, she slurs it all together, and moves her tongue in and out really fast. It is the cutest and funniest version of the ABC’s I have ever seen, and I hope she goes into adulthood without making any changes!
Some toys never get old. Plastic bubbles are one of them. Because today, Navy and I both had a blast trying to make bigger and bigger bubbles. I thought I had it in the bag. But stinking Navy got me with a monster she blew up! Pictured above, is just a baby bubble….I couldn’t hold my camera and compete at the same time!
While I was in Utah, I got this picture from Micah.
When I talked to him, this is the rough version of the story I got.
Dash got some gum from Navy, but it ended up in his hair. So when Dash and Navy were in the bath, in an attempt to not get herself into trouble, she “fixed” the problem by pulling out every hair the gum was attached to. When Micah saw the huge bald spot left, he was in shock. Then he asked Dash, “Buddy, didn’t that hurt?” To which he replied, “Yeah. Sometimes I was crying when she pulled the hairs out.”
Ummmm…that’s sickening to a far away mom.
Ummmm…there are a lot of questionable things going on for a far away mom.
Then when I got home, I took a picture that does the bald spot a bit more justice!
It is literally a spot with NO HAIR!
Poor little Dash.
And the clarified story I got was from Navy….
“Dad knew the gum was in his hair, but he told me to try to get it out in the bath. Dash was really tough, and I felt really bad about pulling out all of his hair.”
Ummmm…there are even MORE questionable things going on with this story.

While I was away in Utah — Navy helped her dad whip up some hard boiled eggs.
This fancy girl even adorned it with a blueberry, and some mint from outside.
Navy was so excited about them, that I had her send me a picture.
I loved the eggs, but wasn’t too keen on her crazy face in the picture.
Fancy food with an alien expression has such an unsatisfying juxtaposition.

Dash immediately FaceTimed “Ducky”.
She is about as cute as a baby gets!
We know that Tristen is excited…but we are ALL soooooo excited that she has a baby!
But Nonnie may just be the most excited!
