While Micah is surfing it up in Mexico, the kids and I have been having a ton of fun. Especially at night when the Olympics come on, and both of my oldest are pretty into them. (Although Navy cheers for Michael Phelps on every event.) So last night, as I asked Scout, “When you are in the Olympics, which event will you compete in?” And his response — without flinching was, “Running of course.”
DUH!
And then he proceeded to stand up and make me watch him run to his bedroom door and back “faster than the guys in the Olympics”.
