The flight was surprisingly not that bad. I had an empty seat next to me so I had him in his car seat and he did really well. It also helped that our flight left at 6 pm and was 12 hrs 45 min, so we were flying through the night. He was awake for the first 2 hours, then slept about 8 hours. Im sure the Benadryl I gave him helped a little too! :) The hardest part has been trying to get him on a sleep schedule since we have been here. He does pretty good, but wants to wake up every night at like 2:30 and is awake for like an hour, and then sleeps in until noon. So now we are working on that. I say flying through the night is your best bet. Im more nervous for the flight home because it is through the day...and will be light outside the whole way...so it will be a little harder I am sure. All in all, not too bad!
